Why practice Yoga?
For starters, Yoga rewires the nervous system while increasing immunity and blood flow. It allows us to silence the noise of the mind or at least notice it. When we get into the postures and poses, we are going within learning how to experience discomfort, breathe and release what no longer serves us. Self awareness in every aspect of the word.
